The Church model is to follow the corporate modular format with upper management based upon seniority only. Most other religious sects require some modicum of religious knowledge and training. Ours may be one of the few which actually tends to eschew religious knowledge or training. Instead, we select businessmen, attorneys, physicians and occasionally some academics from administration. The emphasis is on administration and not counseling or religious training.
