Everywhere else- With a subscription to DIRECTV's SportsPack. WHAT: 30 live football games (including 6 triple-header Saturdays), over 100 men's and women's basketball games.

I thought Hair Thompson announced a year ago it would be in HD, but I don't recall that he provided any details.
