Congrats to your wife. I respect anyone who can participate in that kind of competition, let alone win it.

You know, the Archaea family needs a little more success. What, with an ironman attorney dad, a triathlete mom, and kids that read Plato for fun... Jeez, Arch, what did you do in your past life? Save the world from alien invaders or something?

congrats to the wife.

Thank you, she did a great job.

The kids make me proud, as yours do you. Both of the boys are entered into their first triathlon this April as well. Eagle project done for the 13 year old, so whew that's done. I need Lebowski to help him find an experiement on sound harmonics and structural strength in bridges like that bridge in Tacoma.

Now I have to hold up my end by winning something.

Update:

Last week I reported 27 pounds lost since October. According to the same scale at the gym I have been weighing myself on since October, I have now lost 36 pounds total. 9 pounds in a week. I couldn't believe it.
