So now it's an indefinite 29 mph, or did you mean kph?

I should say that I stunk up the joint yesterday. I had to take my bail-out route and chop 10 miles off the planned ride.
I am a better climber. But I haven't felt the power needed to sustain 25+ mph for more than a mile or so.
I really think my body has changedto adjust toall the climbing I am doing.

Riding at my age is hard.

It seems there are only bried periods where I can remain sharp, but the rest of the time I'm flat.

I have age group worlds in November for triathlons and the Lotoja, which is scaring me.

So at ULCER I will stink because I won't rest up. Yesterday, I was strong up to 80 miles, weakened until about mile 100 and starting gaining strength again. Yet I lack sprinting power and the power to accelerate on the hill. I"m a decent grinder but no acceleration.

4)Mike Waters
5)Q
6)BYU Pride/Il Pad
7)SteelBlue
1. Goose - I get the feeling he is very, very good.
2. Arch - Nobody puts more time or effort into being in shape and fast.
3. Q - Q sounds like he loves to ride and can keep them spinning forever.
4. BYUPride - Fresh new legs. Every ride out he jumps a level.
5. SteelBlue/IPU - Just need some miles in their legs.
6. MikeWates/RC Vikings - We are best when we are behind someone.

My wife road with you, you are a liar. And doing it on the Sabbath and all. That should be counted as an extra dose of sin.

Goose is so good, the rest of us can only wish we were that good. Although Viking who wasted our best Cat 1 climber in Nevada might be his equal.

2-5pm church will turn a person into a sabbath breaker.

We still talk about how easy it was for Francis to ride away from us. We have a eighteen year old kid in our ward that rides with us on our group rides and he is a very good climber. In church today we were talking about his climbing abilities and he brought up Francis and how bad he beat him up this climb. We were in awe.

I'm a little worried because I'm going to be off the bike for a week before ULCER so get ready to pull a little bit more.

So not only are you superior, you're resting whereas I'll be tired and working right through it. Nice touch.

Ah well, third rider gets us our time, so we might have a good time with you or my friend or Pride's friend.

Rested but fat. I'm hoping for a little south breeze to start up about 10 am to help out.
