The scenario: you are being grilled on a number of domestic and foreign political issues by a major reporter. Suddenly you are asked: "How many US Supreme Court cases can you name?"

You are expected to respond immediately. How many cases popped into your mind within a matter of five seconds?

I would be able to speak to the decisions, but not actually say their names as in "so and so vs. so and so."

1. Roe vs. Wade
2. Gore losing election
3. Recent 2nd amendment decision, I would be able to say "Miller" as well
4. eminent domain decision not too long ago

Stuff like that.
