Biden told some real whoppers Thursday night, among them:

1. Vice-President's executive role is defined in Article I of the Constitution. (It's Article II)
2. American spends more in Iraq in 3 weeks than in all of Afghanistan for the duration.
3. US and France kicked Hezbollah out of Lebanon. (It was Syria who was "kicked out", and the Lebanese did it themselves.)
4. A reference to Katie's Restaurant in Delware. (It's been out of business for a couple of decades)
5. Every Republican except McCain supported the Nuclear Test Ban Treaty. (Only four voted for it)
6. Obama warned against holding elections in the West Bank. (no record he said anything at all about it)
7. Pakistan has missiles that can carry nukes to Israel and Mediterranean. (their longest range is 1000 miles ... about 1000 miles short of Israel)

I suppose one benefit of nominating a gaffe machine is that no one cares when he gets everything wrong.

Plus, does anyone really believe Biden spends a "lot of time" at Home Depot?

Heh, minor mistake, I'll grant you. But it came in a very high-toned speech about how clearly defined the VP's job was (and how Cheney was the most dangerous "ever"). If you're going to condescend, get your facts straight.

reign of Obama and Biden. Biden for the gaffs and Obama for nose diving us into a depression......hopefully paving the way for 12-20 years of conservatism. If you are one of those who weren't in the great and spacious building for the past few years mocking the Church mullahs and 'old white guys' who 'run' the Church, you will survive while the others wail and gnash their teeth.
