So we are going to open a savings account at some bank while we are up here to put some money in so that my father can do a few things for us. (We are looking at some property and this would be the easiest way for us to manage a few things...)
What banks would be good?

If you want a good savings account, forget your local bank or credit union. Go with a high-yield savings account at ing direct or hsbc. You can get well over 4%.

We already have one of those...
We are looking at a physical bank that we will be using in the future. We are going to either end up in the Logan/Ogden area...
