Here is a question that came from a conversation with SOLON
Solon says a lot of the people he has talked to never have waited the full 6 weeks after a birth to resume conjugal relations. I say they are lying.
If there are people out there who aren't waiting the full 6 weeks the % is very small. I say most couples wait between 6-8 weeks What do you think?

I think Solon is correct. My conclusion is based on my own experience as well as the experiences of my married couple friends. I can't think of a single time when this came up in conversation and a couple has said "we waited the whole six weeks" or even "we waited longer than six weeks".

Hell we waited as long as my wife said, and once it was ten weeks. And I was horny but I wanted her completely recovered.

4 kids. I think we waited 6 weeks once. Once we waited only about 3 weeks, which was definitely a mistake, for both of us.

I didn't wait six weeks, but my wife did.
