Are any of the more tolerant group here
at all concerned over this decision?

It seems as if he should have a good wrongful termination case, but I am ignorant of Maryland law.

For some reason I don't think this is how the story will end.
I assume the guy wasn't speaking in his official capacity as a part of the Metro transit board. I can't imagine why anyone would care what the guy that runs the subway thinks about gay marriage. If that is the case then I think this guy is getting the shaft. I foresee lititgation. Honestly... I wouldn't be surprised to see the ACLU step in to help this guy out.
