Worst of all worlds, BYU lost, bet against
BYu and lost the bet.
Usually I hedge so that I don't feel bad when they lose. However to lose but beat the point spread sucks most. This is akin to getting a brown bagged magazine, hoping that nobody knows you have it, only to uncover that it's the uberfat girl edition, causing you to choke on your own vomit.

You will get no sympathy from me. I laugh at your misfortune.

I never bet on BYU. I took UNM to beat the spread a few years back which was something ridiculous like 5 TDs. This was my safe bet as my others weren't "locks." At halftime BYU is up by a FG. The second half BYU whooped em and beat the spread. That was the last time.

I have never bet since I placed last in the NCAA basketball tourney pool in my med school. I was beat by people who filled in their brackets at random.
