Default Scriptural support for MMPs? Something to chew on ...

So I was studying the Abrahamic creation account (which I believe recounts the physical creation of earth) last night, and I was considering the different councils that took place before man was placed on earth. This reminded me of the tidbit quoted below (I apologize if I touched on this in prior threads):

Abraham 3:

22 Now the Lord had shown unto me, Abraham, the intelligences that were organized before the world was; and among all these there were many of the noble and great ones;

23 And God saw these souls that they were good, and he stood in the midst of them, and he said: These I will make my rulers; for he stood among those that were spirits, and he saw that they were good; and he said unto me: Abraham, thou art one of them; thou wast chosen before thou wast born.

As background, if these verses are any indication of MMP inference, the following scriptural interpretation would need to be held:

D&C 88:15 - And the spirit and the body are the soul of man.

I realize there are other views on how to interpret "soul" and Abraham could be using spirit and soul interchangably. Particularly look at Alma 40, which labels the sould akin to a spirit. But if the above verses in Abraham are meant to be understood in terms of the D&C 88 definition of man's soul, then this is my possible exegesis for Abraham 3:

22 Now the Lord had shown unto me, Abraham, the intelligences [all intelligences that are imbedded in all things, both in man or otherwise] that were organized before the world was; and among all these there were many of the noble and great ones [certain intelligences excelled more than others and were used to form man, though other less noble intelligences excelled enough to be used in the creation of other men];

23 And God saw these souls [the noble and great ones were SOULS, IOW, they were men tried and true in previous probations through which they now have souls, and not just spirits, and these souls were to be carefully placed throughout history for the benefit of man - ie, people like Abraham, Joseph Smith, etc.] that they were good, and he stood in the midst of them [he was standing in the midst of the souls who were being singled out], and he said: These I will make my rulers; for he stood among those that were spirits [in singling out the souls who would be rulers - men who had not yet attained souls - he was also standing in the midst of such spirits because the group of souls was just a small part of the large congregation otherwise consisting of spirits], and he saw that they were good; and he said unto me: Abraham, thou art one of them; thou wast chosen before thou wast born [Abraham was a noble soul who had proved himself previously, which is why he was labeled with the souls of those noble ones ready to lead mankind].

Personally, I think my introduction of "SMG" has been far more beneficial to the internet world than "MMP." I mean "MMP" is good and all, but have one of you ever played with an "MMP?" Has a good doctor ever augmented an "MMP" that could now be confused with a watermelon? Has a pair of growsely enlarged "MMPs" ever qualified a drooling bimbo to be the spokesperson for such an influential international organization as PETA before? In fact I think that that bastion of intellectual thought known as Cougarboard has had far more threads dedicated to pontificating whether or not God supports "SMGs" with a little man made pick-me-up than "MMP" is proof that "SMG" is a far more relevent acronym.

So as far as acronyms go, especially acronyms that allow El Jefe to korihor someone and then the folks here can start pulling strings and whining like the women of Srbrenica to which Johnny Lingo can then echo the whine of said lonely women, I vote that "SMG" is a leader without peer.

Who is with me?
