I talk about religion and church stuff more than I talk about politics. I have Lingo on ignore, and until just yesterday or so I had Snipe on ignore.

Not so much nicely, as civilly. I've granted lots of appeals where someone was obviously angry, and not entirely nice. But they were fairly civil, and the appeal actually addressed the issue.

When your appeal is "lol, you guys are idiots", why would I bother reading the original deleted message and other context to figure out if the penalty was warranted? You haven't given me any reason to.

also, I would point out that I don't even have "troublemaker" status, yet I am supposedly one of the worst troublemakers. Makes no sense.

I've had lots of appeals ignored, especially the three day varieties, and for the most part my canned posts are within the rules.

For example, I linked an article for Goat's review where Jessica Simpson claimed her breasts were real, not fake. There were no fotos only a G rated discussion from foxnews. I appealed it to no avail.

How could that have been worthy of an infraction?

A switch-hitter is a bisexual. Gays are homosexuals.

Batting for the Yankees means he's gay, whereas a switch-hitter uses his magic wand from front and back.

My bad. You're absolutely correct. In any case, he was claiming to have no knowledge of that.

A clever euphemism, but it's still trolling.

I was on the debate team in high school.

Is it shocking that some people like to debate?

My appeal would have been much more effective if wikipedia wouldnt have erased my article about "switch hitters" being another name for Rush fans.
