If his statements are true, the NBA will have some big time adjustments to make. Replacing David Stern should be first order of business.

Another thing the NBA could explain....if there really is a conspiracy, how in blazes have the Celtics and Knicks been so bad for so long, why are the Lakers losing this current series, how did the Jazz go to back-to-back finals, how does San Antonio keep winning championships even though they are ratings killers, how did the New Jersey Nets make it to 2 Finals?

All of those things would be fun to have answered.

You got it all wrong, DDD. The conspiracy isn't that the Jazz got to back-to-back finals. The conspiracy is that the Jazz lost back-to-back finals.
