I probably would too if it happened in my home and it was a close friend who made the comments. But there were others there who were not so attached.

Bonds is one of his best friends. Would you rat out your best friend for comments he made in the privacy of your home?

Your second sentence nullifies your first.

Wow. I can't get there. Griffey was probably THE best player of the 1990's.

Griffey will finish his career statistically as one of the top 20 players of all time. Sadly unless he plays another 5 years injury free and puts up big numbers (like this year so far) all people will talk about is how could good he could have been had he stayed healthy.

Okay then. Grant Hill is married to R&B recoding artist Tamia which gets him into Surfah's HOF.

If anyone has doubts whether Bonds uses steroids and/or human growth hormone, that's proof of their inability to think rationally.

That "innocent until proven guilty" crap is not applicable here. The evidence against Bonds here is overwhelming, and the amount and sources of the evidence suggest its reliability.

"Innocent until proven guilty" in this circumstance is repeated only by those who have no legal understanding. It's a cop out - a way for people to deny the mountain of evidence against Bonds.

If I had a Hall of Fame vote, I would vote against Bonds, Mcgwire, Sosa, Palmeiro, and anyone else for whom there was reliable evidence that they used steroids during their career.

If I had reliable evidence that Babe Ruth used steroids, I'd vote to kick him out.

Plus, that article reveals Bonds to be the self-important prick the he appears to be. It's all about him.
