RIP TTech offense
so much for the TT offense. Last week was a repudiation of it.
I think another lesson from last week is the team is much better when Beck does not have to carry it. Sort of like a bad version of Drew Brees. I think this is the signal that Anae realizes he has a fairly average quarterback on his hands. |

I'll take 7 yards and a cloud of dust all day though Mike. That was fun to watch.

Couldn't you just hear the linemen telling the dline, he buddy bend over cause here it comes again. And there's not a thing you can do about it.
It was nice to see that out of the team. It's almost as good as the time McKenzie and Jenkins ran all over the U. I wonder if Jenkins still can feel Oleavao's (sp) helmet in his chest. I still wonder just what he was thinking when he tried to run over him. I think he said something like...."I didn't think he was that big" lol. What a game that one was.

Not the high flying stuff that most people like to watch, but I really enjoyed watching them stick it to them play after play. |

I happened to meet Jenkins uncle about 6 months after that game. (The circumstances for that meeting wold take up too much bandwidth to explain so I'll leave it at that.) I asked him what possessed Jenkins to try to run through Olevao instead of around him and his response was: "Sometimes Ronnie does stupid things." Damn that Ryan Kanashiro. AARRGGHH!!

Was great fun to watch while he was here though. And one little word about one of my favorite all time Ute kickers. "DOINK" Sorry, just couldn't resist that one. As you felt at the end of that game, I was feeling about three seconds prior to your misery. You just had to endure yours longer was all.

My goal in life is to find a procedure that erases memories so I can erase the entire 1996 football season from my mind.

Yes I did and that just made me want the procedure to have the 1996 football season erased from my memory. I tried drinking heavily and that did not work to erase the memory, maybe I just needed more time. Now that I have given up alcohol I cannot continue on that path so hopefully some sort of technology will come out to erase that horrible, horrible season.
