Only 31. I've never heard of a few of the movies on that list, and some of them I've only seen on TV years later.

In the spirit of disclosure, I counted the movie even if I had seen it on TV, as opposed to the theater.

We shouldnt be penalized for not being old enough to have seen Gone With the Wind while it was in release. That would give an unfair advantage to guys like creekster and archaea.

My dad took me to see a replay of Ben-Hur at an old decaying repertory movie theater in LA when we were visiting my grandparents, his in-laws. I freaking loved that movie.

The chariot race scene in that movie is an all-time classic.

The biblical/greek homoerotica genre was a favorite of mine growing up...Ben Hur, 10 Commandments, Spartacus, et al.....lots of shirtless guys, muscular slaves, whips, leather sandals, etc.. Tony Curtis was hot back in the day.
