Will the Red Sox be able to resign everyone?
I know they are all not free agents yet, but a few of the salaries I noticed:
Manram- 17 million Ortiz- 15 million Youk- 330k Pedroia- 330k Papelbon- 425k Beckett- 6 million (although I think he already signed an extension worth close to 15 mill) Clement- 9.5 mill Drew- 14 mill Lester- 384k Lowell- 9 mill (he is a free agent and will probably demand 12-14 on the open market) Dice K- 6.3 mill Okajima- 1.2 mill Schilling- 13 mill It just seems like a lot of the key contributors are well below market value right now, specifically Papelbon, Youk, and potentially in a year or two lester, Pedroia, Ellsbury.

Lowell's value went way up when A-Rod opted out. The Yankees will pursue him heavily. I hope he stays as I'd hate to add him to the list of people who are dead to me. The most undervalued player on your list is Okajima. They need to get that kid a new contract. I vote they pull Dice-K aside and say "you know, you're not even the best Japanese player on our team. We're going to give half your contract to Okajima". I love Schilling but wish he'd retire. I don't think he's good enough to bring back for the one season he wants, and I hate the thought of him in another uni. I do like that he says he won't even consider the Yankees.
