It's only Jan 3rd, but today's spin is going to be hard to top. After weeks of being trapped in a dark and gloomy Moscow, ID the sun broke out and I hit the newly paved rails to trails route just outside of town.

2 hours of bliss! Bliss I tell you! Bliss!

I felt better and stronger than I did on any ride even at the end of last season.

I fear that it may only be downhill from here this year...
