Tour de CA
Levi is off to a great start. SHould be a great stage today and tomorrow look for the rotund but enthusiastic course marshall somewhere in the start area, if you're going to be at the Martinez start. I'm excited.

The American contingency appears to be very strong at the tour. I am a little disappointed that more of the elite euros didn't compete (ie. Ullrich, Basso, Mayo, etc.)
Leipheimer definitely hammered the prologue. A 4 or 5 second lead for such a short distance is huge. And creekster, you're much too modest. Its the enthusiastic, rotund course marshall with his very own hat and whistle we should all be looking for. |

Question for anyone in the know: what order do the guys leave for the time trial stage? Is it a reverse order of standings or something else? Just wondering because I want to go tomorrow in San Jose.
