I'm fine with people who thought or hoped that this drug would work. I'm less fine with people attacking me saying "YOU KNOW it works, because the evidence is obvious, and you are denying it."

If it works great. That would be awesome. I just don't happen to believe some random bearded family practice doc with no research experience or expertise is the basis of national policy.
