COme on, you're a professional cyclist!
DId anyone catch Levi's interview right after the stage today? After a few questions he was asked about the Saulnier-duval guys and why they wouldn't helo the group chase. He said " I don't know, I asked and [the Saulnier rider] said 'I can';t, I can't' and I said, come on man, you're a professional bicyclist . . . whatever."
This is a rough paraphrase from memory but is pretty close. I thought it was a pretty funny comment and I like to imagine these sorts of conversations going on in the peloton and chase groups. You could see during the last part of the stage that Levi was pretty annoyed with those guys, as he kept motioning them to help and they refused.

If I were on the other team I would have said, "Levi, not all of us can finish in the top 15 in the GC. Do the work yourself."

Cute but misses the point. Saulnier had two riders, the guy Levi was talking to and Mayo. Mayo would have been helped by going quickly, which could have happened if they work together. So it was against their own interest to avoid working together.
