Default Timpview destroying Spanish Fork

Game is on KJZZ. Timpview has a very good running back, Levi Teo. Anyone know anything about him? Has he committed to BYU?

I'm sure he's been offered. Hasn't BYU offered every High School football player in the nation with that surname?

He's kind of small. But pretty quick. Keep your eye on the Mackenzie kid (#45) who ran all over SF in the second half. He's only a sophomore.

50-12 at halftime. 57-12 at the end. SF carted off 5-6 players due to injuries. Typical game.

Travis Van Leeuwen certainly had his coming out party tonight. I had no idea he had that kind of top end speed. It will translate very well to the D-I level wherever he ends up playing.

Wow that kid was extremely impressive. He has made it public his desire to go to Utah,,,,they're nuts if they don't offer him.

Had BYU not already have 2 WR commits in Mitch Mathews and Brett Thompson for the 09' Class I'd say offer him.

I watched him play PG and posted on CB about how impressed I was. He would be a nice fit in BYUs offense.

Levi Te'o has not been offered we already have two running back commits for 2009.

In reality we have 4 RB/FB committed for the 09 class

Peni Maka'afi: Fullback from Northridge
Anthony Heimuli: RB/FB Hybrid from Mountain View
Adam Timo: RB from Snow Canyon
Malosi Te'o: Greyshirted at UNLV before his mission,,,coming here right after his mission.

However, Timo is headed straight for a mission and the earliest we'll see him on the field is 2012.

I hope the Utes offer him. Let's be honest, if a kid has talent and he comes out and says he wants to be a Ute, then get him on the list...especially with Cobb's verbal being "soft" and other verbals potentially walking for BCS offers.

You're right. This is what I had read:

"BYU has commitments from two of the top 10 high school receivers in the West, Oregon's Mitch Mathews and Northern California's Brett Thompson, according to a recent article on Superprep.com. Also, the Cougars are showing interest in two guys ranked No. 19 and No. 20, Bingham's Michael Edmunds and Timpview's Travis Van Leeuwen." http://blogs.sltrib.com/byu/2008/08/...ouse-bound.htm
