That is the collective score of Wyoming's last four trips to Utah. It is time they consider dropping to the FCS.
08 44-0 to BYU 07 50-0 to Utah 06 55-7 to BYU 05 43-13 to Utah Source: http://wyoming.rivals.com/showmsg.as...id=896&style=2 |

Don't forget why the Wyoming program went from WAC dynasty into the toilet. They were sticking up for you all. To add insult to injury they were wrong to do it, as I think most here agree. I think you should give them more respect.

The Black 14 incident was almost 40 years ago. The shelf life on that excuse has long since expired.

USU, Wyo and other small market teams. I like what Wyo stands for, but it is a difficult place to maintain a winning football program now.

But for those of us who remain in the year 1978, that was only 10 years ago.

And if I remember correctly, Wyoming beat the crap out of BYU that day. 40-7. If they wanted to stick up for me, they could have rolled over and played dead. I think we may need to look to a different reason on why Wyoming might not be good than something that had no impact on a game 39 years ago.

I wish I could call what Wyoming did heroic.

I was very pro-Utah, anti-BYU in 1969 though a youngster. I'm proof that if the parens are BYU fans and a child is born a Ute fan, watch out. You have an insipient skeptic and apostate on your hands, sure as shootin.

They weren't protesting BYU. They were protesting the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and their policies. It wasn't a BYU/Utah issue. So technically, you were part of the "you all" group. It's just as much your fault for the decline of the Wyoming program by your definition.
