Default recommendations on a tackle box?

I got a $6 dollar plano tackle box at wal-mart, which I outgrew in one week.

Any recommendations on what kind of tackle box you prefer?

Like soft-nylon casing, vs. hard-plastic, etc.

I think my tackle box was about 12 dollars and I have had it for 6 or 7 years.

What about something like this, with these plastic drawer things that come out?

Recommended?

That looks pretty deluxe. My tackle box always ends up in the mud, dropped, and scratched. So you definitely want something durable, thats why I think Hard plastic is best.

If you have a tackle box that big, it just means you don't know what you are doing. The old saw that lures are made to catch fisherman, not fish, is true. I can't imagine not being able to fish almost anywhere with out just two or three different lures and some live bait. That is also quite and investment to lose when it falls out of your boat.

At $17, that bos is pretty cheap.

If I go to the store, I won't be able to get one for that nice in that price range I bet.

when i used to fish, i used an old hard plastic tool box w/ these nail compartments that enclosed and an open tool space that had dividers where i could put a knife, a container w/ live bait, and all of the other stuff. it was moderate sized.

Tackle boxes are cheap. Get a big one.

I generally buy Plano. I have one for trout fishing, one for bass fishing, one for ice fishing, etc.

Large tackle boxes are for deep sea fishermen.
