Her is a quote from Floyd's Mom. Not exactly the warm touchy feely comment you might expect:

I didn't talk to him since that hit the fan, but I'm keeping things even keel until I know what the facts are. Remember, Mennonites don't like a cyclist lifestyle, showing legs, working on Sunday and doing things for personal glory.
He's basically left their fold. She sounds like a tough nut though.

It might work to ultimately change cycling for the better. The cop approach isn't working. Some other approach is in order.
