I apologize for not being in the draft, live -- I could have sworn it was scheduled for 8/27.

It was, but I had to reschedule it last week. I sent a note out to the league and didn't hear any protests, so I figured it was okay.

My apologies.

I'm satisfied with my roster, so no worries from my side. Was I the only no-show?

Nope, a good chunk of the league didn't make it in on time...probably 3 or 4 others.

I'm not on your guys fantasy football team,,,but I was in a recent draft in a 12 team league and I'm pretty sure my team is gonna suck.

My Roster:

QB: Drew Brees
RB: Stephen Jackson
RB: Felix Jones
WR: TJ Houszmanzadeh
WR: Greg Jennings
TE: Chris Cooley
W/R: Ted Ginn, JR.
K: Mason Crosby
Defense: Jacksonville Jaguars

BENCH:
QB: Eli Manning
QB: Kurt Warner
RB: Chris Johnson
RB: Darren Sproles
WR: Bobby Engram
WR: Mushin Muhammad
WR: Arnaz Battle

That's not a terrible roster. You're a little thin at RB, but injuries can change that in a hurry.

Yeah..I took Felix Jones on a gut move,,,with the violent running style of Marion Barber I figured it's only a matter of time before he gets hurt and with how the Cowboys are planning to use Jones I thought it would be worth the gamble, and also took Chris Johnson the rookie out of Tenn and put him on my bench cause I've read a lot of great things about him and how he was an explosive surprise during training camp.

Darren Sproles was a total shot in the dark and thinking he might be LT's backup now that Michael Turner is gone,,,,but it was also so late in the draft at that point, pickings were slim.

Jones is a good pick, Dallas will use him more than people think.
