I listed why i hate dogs. Here is why I dig the cat: Not smelly Small Clean Friendly Quiet Low maintenance. Bury their poo. Will attack your hand when they get hyper. Our current cat wigs out when my daughter practices the piano. All manner of bedlam is possible. She will attack the hand, string, balls, etc. Follow you around the house and sleep wherever you are. The ideal pet. Regards, Brian

I like both dogs and cats. Nothing is more fun than an evening spent with a lab or a kitty and a laser pointer.

I like dogs becasue dogs like me. I like to be liked.
Cats do not like me. Cats are above liking anyone, except themsleves, and even then the liking is done with a fair amount of diffidence. I like dogs becasue they joyfully clean themsleves whenever and wherever they feel like it. WOuldn'ty you like to be able to do that in front of your boring neighbor when he is bragging about his great jobm, brilliant children or extraordinary vacation? Cats also 'clean themselves' but, as in all they do, they do it with disdain, showing their smug superioroity over themselves. I know, sounds impossible, but they do it. I am allergic to all cats. I am not allergic to all dogs. One drawback for dogs, I iwll admit, is that they have been known to eat their own leavings or worse, perhaps, other dogs' leavings. OTOH, cats barf up disgusting little hairballs and leave them in occasionally surprising places. On balance, I prefer dogs. But I am glad that cats have people like you to provide their superior selves with a warm place to sleep and barf in during the winter. |
