I finally got around to watching my SportsBeat podcasts and noticed that Utah used a trick play to score its first TD against Weber State (double reverse pass). Now that's embarrassing. Not surprising, but embarrassing.

Weber state is better than any team BYU has played this year, this was a very emotional game.

Utah pulled out the hook and ladder in the Fiesta Bowl. That should be equally as rediculed considering the 22nd ranked Big East champion wasn't a real opponent either. A touchdown isn't a real touchdown unless a running back forces it up the middle.

The forward pass was once considered a trick play. I'm sure that in time, coaches and players a like will speak of Andy Ludwig and his trick plays in hallowed tones. One day, he'll be considered a revolutionary mind in college football for being the only one in his time bold enough to run trick plays.

This is true! Although being almost ranked in the Div I FCS Top 25, they are 34th, they are in the top 5 in the world!

Imagine if USU dared to play Weber in football...LOOOOL!

Not only will USU lose on Friday...they wouldn't touch Weber.

Lavell Edwards was on the Weber State Coach's Show with Ronnie Mac yesterday for those that didn't see the evening news...yes, 34-31 was mentioned! lol

Utah beating Weber by only 16 should make for an interesting Ute season this yr.
