Come on be real. He was 2/8 with 3's and 3/3 on 2's. At least one of those 3's was in desperation in the closing seconds of the game. A&M had us locked up on D and his ability to break his man down and penetrate was our only bright spot for a large part of the game. Trust me, you've defended much worse.
I was fairly ecastatic about the poise and leadership he showed as a freshman in an NCAA game. Most of the team looked like deer in headlights, and he came to play.
