I posted on byuboard around 2001, when IP addresses were visible on every post. I can't remember what name I used. I didn't post a whole lot.

I started regularly posting on CB around 2003/2004. I started regularly posting here around the end of 2006.

Jay, do you remember that journalism prof from SUU that used to post on cougarblue (the original version)? He was fun to read. I wonder what happened to him.

My first message boards were mostly music or Lakers related.....radiohead in 2002 may have been my first.

My first sports board was actually the Blazers board at Oregonlive back in the late 90s...that was fantastic before they started editing it. Many Lakers fans hung out there because of the fun rivalry with the Jailblazers.

I also have been on wearesc since the Carson P days, but that was before I was a tripletdaddy. I only recently registered as tripletdaddy over there and had to close my old account to do so.

I lurked on CB in 2005 and didnt register until 2006. My life has never been the same since.

I started posting on Utefans back around 1999. That board was awesome. There were only about 10 regulars (Colo, NY, Crimson, Garth, etc.) and the interaction was fun and entertaining. I stayed fully active on the board until around 2005 and then my posting has been limited really over the past 1-2 years on that board.

I posted on byuboard around 2000.

I have always posted as UteStar.

There was a time when Utefans was the best message board out there. For a long time it was much more like here, much better than CB. That was before Crimson went of the deep end. That was before the success of the UM years drew in SO many idiots. The size we are at right now over here is optimal. With too many people there is much more anonymity and much more license to be extreme. Here's to CG not getting any more popular.

He was a good poster and I think he would enjoy it here. I seem to recall him and bluepete going at each other. At one point, bluepete claimed to be a BYU professor, which of course seemed highly suspicious. It turned out that he had once taught a class or two as a part-time instructor.

Especialy since CG can't technologically support more anyway.
