Elder Joseph Wirthlin's wife, Elisa Wirthlin, passed away. What a great lady.

My condolensces to Elder Wirthlin for losing his beloved wife.

I met Elder Wirthlin and his wife at a wedding reception a few years ago - sat next to him at a table. I mistakenly thought he was (and I called him) Elder Haight - it was embarassing. He was very nice though and we had a good chat. Didn't talk much to his wife, but she seemed really sweet as well.

I pray the Lord will comfort him and his family during this time.
