Default Obama's tidal wave will help McCain

perhaps. In the sense that some voters may decide not to vote in the dem primary ("Obama is going to win anyway"), and vote instead for McCain in the GOP primary.

Could be.

But have you heard Obama speak? I heard one pundit tonight say that when Obama tells a group of his people to stand up, they stand up. She even suggested to Pat Buchanan that should Obama ask him to walk over there, Pat would walk over there.

Should so much power be entrusted to just one man?

Religion rises inevitably from our apprehension of our own death. To give meaning to meaninglessness is the endless quest of all religion. When death becomes the center of our consciousness, then religion authentically begins. Of all religions that I know, the one that most vehemently and persuasively defies and denies the reality of death is the original Mormonism of the Prophet, Seer and Revelator, Joseph Smith.

The lips of the media and the pundits have now been glued to Obama's back end. I'm afraid that he'll be elected and we'll all be screwed, though some here won't admit when they've been screwed by a Democrat.

I don't know 'bout the rest of y'all I'm screwed by a Democrat every day, and I'm not ashamed to admit it. kee hee!

Anyhow, the media's been all about Obama for two years now.

Noah, you're absolutely right. When I saw Obama speak in OKC, he wasn't even having an "on" day. He practically sleepwalked through his standard schtick. No matter, the crowd was in an absolute frenzy. I seriously thought people were going to rush the stage. I don't know what the fervor stems from, but it's incredibly powerful, at least for now.

Maybe it's because he has those stick-out ears.

Or the opposite (which would be my guess if either of the two happen). Funny how people could reach such disparate opinions by analyzing the same facts.

I agree. Could be the opposite.

It's going to either be the one or the other.

There is of course the chance it could be neither.
