Default One more reason to switch to sat-radio

XM has just launched a new channel:

59 - XM LED

Nothing but Led Zeppelin. 24/7.

I hope Sirius follows suit.

Do they have Page/Coverdale, The Firm, Robert Plant, and much much more?

If you get XM or Sirus do you get digital feed of public radio stations, or just what XM subscribes to? For example, could I get KSL and other Salt Lake radio stations with the XM?

Good question. I just discovered it yesterday so I have only listened to it for an hour or so.

Personally, I would have preferred another classic rock station rather than a station focused on a single band. But it stills beats the crap out of FM radio.

You get the national feed of NPR (and others) but not local stations. You still have to get them over the air.

Ultimately, the answer is relatively meaningless because the programming would be so limited as to burn out all but the most psychotic fans after a few days.
