Wow, you must be as misguided as he is. He sure didn't waste any time in making his first moronic move of his administration. Close Gitmo, brilliant idea BHO. What is he going to do with these people now? What is he going to do with them when their home countries won't take them back? Idiot.

Baby steps.
Another moronic move.

What's the over/under on number of days until the next terrorist attack on U.S. soil?

LMAO! You mean Club Med - Gitmo? Give me a break. Those people are living better there than they were before they were captured!

It's a shame that Washington fails to consult with NorCalCat before making executive decisions; after all his inside intelligence is superior. Fortunately the new White House website has a spiffy new suggestion box where I can pass along this profound commentary.

If he is going to announce order its closing, don't you think he should at least have a plan in place on HOW it will be accomplished first? And what will happen to the prisoners?

So suspending all cases for 120 days to review them means another attack on US soil? Even Tex would see the hyperbole there.

No, but his entire policy of dealing with the Gitmo prison, and terrorist threats in general is putting our country at risk. He says he is going to close Gitmo, yet he doesn't have a plan on what to do the the prisoners yet? We have already let people go that are back in Al Qaeda. For example, one guy we let go is now the number 2 leader for Al Qaeda in Yemen.

How do you know if the strategy had been from the beginning to prosecute these cases like normal that we wouldn't have been able to convict this guy and put him away?

If that was the case, Gitmo would not have been setup in the first place. You think giving these scumbags MORE rights, and all the benefits the accused have under the Constitution, and our legal system would have made it easier to prosecute them?
