Oh I forgot Europe when I clicked my answer. Sans alcohol, it is difficult normally to pay a lot more than 125 per plate, but in Venice it isn't hard at all.

In London's Heathrow airport on a layover last summer, I paid about 22 pounds for a meal. When I received my visa bill, the exchange rate into dollars was about $44.50.

So I guess in England, each answer in this poll would be doubled.
