Bill Richardson pressured Walmart to raise wages and benefits. But Bayh was an accomplice. They claimed that Walmart's low wages make workers eligible for benefits and hence it equates to Walmart getting a subsidy.

This one says Wal-Mart contributes to Bayh's campaigns. Weird because he speaks out against their practices.
