Default Yankees are disgusting

The last time they won a World Series, Lavell Edwards was still BYU's coach.

"Pride of the Yankees" is playing on TCM. This Yankees team has shown that pride can't be bought.

Every time the Yankees lose in the playoffs is proof to me that God exists.

As a Cubs' fan, I can't really comment on this.

Poor Cubby fans. I really do feel for you. The curse of the billy goat seems to be too much to overcome.

I was hoping the Yanks would win to see a Sox/Yankees matchup. I'm not really a fan of either team, but that makes for great postseason baseball.

You might be the only person in America who still thinks this who is not a fan of either team. Everyone else will be so happy to see the Yankees out that they will take a while to notice that the Indians took out the second most annoying franchise in the country.

Of course, as a lifelong Indians fan I might be the tiniest bit biased.
