Default For those who oppose running

Of course, we know it was because they didn't run enough.

Default Awful. What a sad story.

The 61 year old guy lived in St. George. It was his 11th LA Marathon. Apparently he had some heart problems and was under a doctor's care.

I just hope none of his family and friends saw him go down.

Terrible.

Which would be worse: dying at Mile 24 or Mile 3? The first guy came so close to finishing, only to have it ripped away, but the second guy only made it three miles.

Again, though, this is why I sit on the couch. Very little risk of injury.

Um -- I'm guessing it's *about* the same either way.

Except that one guy spent the last 20 minutes of life running a marathon, and the other guy spent the last 4 hours of life running a marathon.

Advantage: Mile 3 guy.
