Any good salsa recipes?
After about ten years, I'm getting of mine. It's basically tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, s&p with a little red wine vinegar and olive oil. Nothing too fancy but it does the trick. I'm interested in trying something new. If you have any ideas, I'd love to hear them.

Mine's not too different, but it's good. I usually use a can of Rotel with the juice drained. I add a diced onion, fresh garlic and cilantro, salt and pepper and fresh lime juice.

Sounds good. I'll give it a shot. Is Rotel nationally available? I've never heard of it.

Yup, this is good. I posted a salsa verde recipe in this other salsa thread. It's my current favorite. http://cougarguard.com/forum/showthread.php?t=4635 |
