The other woman?
How many of you have wifes that are jealous of your bike(s) and treat her like the other woman?

Not mine.
Mine would rather I ride forever and leave her the credit card. Plus mine already rides 200 to 300 miles per week herself. We've started reading up on ultras. Sounds scary. Anybody familiar with Paris Brest Paris, an 1100 K odessy.

If I could get her to ride i am sure she would see things my way. She saw me looking fondly at my new mt bike a couple of weeks ago. It has become a lot more difficult to schedule ride time ever since.
How do you have time for all the training you do Archea? Do you work from home? |

I rise most mornings at 4:00 am and on weekends at 3:00.
Plus my kids are older and ignore me on the weekend any how. I am always fatigued and tired.

I would give my left testicle to be able to ride 300 miles a week. I do have young kids and a pretty demanding job with eratic hours.
If I were a single man, I would either run or ride every waking minute. My wife does not understand this level of obsession. And I can't find the words to explain it to her. |
