Default Good day for Discovery

Salvodelli did well.

My ride today was the opposite, with food poisoing, vomiting, blindness and autonomic shutdown.

I wanted to die. Not a good day. Hope others had it better.

Imagine thirty miles into a 90 mile ride with no place to return to, a 10 percent grade for nine miles ahead of you, puking blood and stuff all over your bike. Lots of fun.
