You know, that Zombie Rave story brings up a question to me. I noticed that the gunman is a twin. Suppose it appears that one identical twin kills someone, but there isn't enough evidence to determine which twin it is? Isn't that in itself enough reasonable doubt for an acquittal? I don't know enough about criminal law to know what would happen under those circumstances.
