Default B sample: high ratio and exogenous test.

UCI confirms B samplke shows t/e ratio outside of acceptable parameter and official from lab announces that both A and B samples showed exogenous source for at least some of the Testosterone in each sample. Landis spokeman claims the test is not accurate, but the lab disputes it.

Landis' counsle issued this statement in response.
