Well, that was pre Manny, pre Casey Blake. DeWitt was in vegas at the time, I think. And Furcal was injured.

And no, they did not look great. which is why we were able to waltz up the stadium and buy tickets on the spot for $10 each.

Furcal is one Brave I still miss. Glad you took Andruw off our hands though. Shrewd move. Andruw is a winner. Again on a team playing in October. Worth the $40 million I'm sure.

Can you believe that loser? The Dodgers have about $40M tied up amongst Andruw, Kent, Jason Schmidt, and Juan Pierre. And none are doing anything in the post-season.

At least Andruw's deal was relatively short.

Check this out. how disgusting. Ned Coletti should be shot. Although technically we arent paying ManRam's salary. Look at 17-24...pretty much all of them are why the Dodgers won this series vs the Cubs.

Then look at the top 10.....only 3 are contributors....manRam, furcal and Derek Lowe.

Pathetic.

1. Manny Ramirez 20,000,000
2. Rafael Furcal 15,730,195
3. Jason Schmidt 15,217,401
4. Andruw Jones 14,726,910
5 a. Greg Maddux 10,000,000
5 b. Derek Lowe 10,000,000
7. Nomar Garciaparra 9,516,697
8. Brad Penny 9,250,000
9. Jeff Kent 9,000,000
10. Juan Pierre 8,000,000
11. Hiroki Kuroda 7,433,333
12. Casey Blake 6,100,000
13. Takashi Saito 2,000,000
14. Joe Beimel 1,925,000
15. Pablo Ozuna 1,050,000
16. Gary Bennett 825,000
17. Russell Martin 500,000
18. Jonathan Broxton 454,000
19. Andre Ethier 424,500
20. Chad Billingsley 415,000
21. James Loney 411,000
22. Matt Kemp 406,000
23. Tony Abreu 393,000
24. Blake DeWitt 390,000
Total Team Salary: 118,188,536

Don't forget Nomar. For these signings I hope Ned Colleti never has a job again.

Go Blue Crew.
