Default As an experienced lawyer,

and also somebody who is studying to pass his second bar exam, I was mortified and shocked to find that there is, in fact, no constitutional requirement of fairness on CougarBoard. There's not even a constitutional right to access to CougarBoard. I was sorely taken aback by this, as I'd assumed that it would at least be subject to due process requirements of the 14th Amendment.

Since there's no constitutional protection, I guess I'm going to have to presume, for purposes of the exam, that interaction on CB is subject to the standards that are applicable to most other human interactions, i.e. don't be a prick, make friends with people who have the power or at least don't piss them off.
