I think it is partly from eating a ton before and after the event, increasing fluids afterward and possibly a slight decline in kidney function causing me to retain fluids. 4 or 5 days later I'm back to where I was and possibly a little under.

190 lbs after my ride yesterday. I should drop into the 180's this week.
