Defrocked?? I hope that doesn't mean what I think it means. I know what it would do to a Stallion, but would it take away the urge a man has to shake a womans hand.

Imagine if the women had changed his oil. I don't think the outrage would have been much greater.

I think the punishment for theft is to have one's hand cut off. If you change your own oil, I suppose that also could be a punishment. Pretty tough, but our beliefs are just as tough. I mean to go blind for changing your own oil is pretty harsh, don't you think.

That's never been doctrine. Folk doctrine in your day perhaps, but it's hardly just LDS people who used to tell their kids that.

My parents never told me that. It was my Bishops and Stake President. Therefor I assumed it was doctrine. Cougarguard wasn't available back then for me to get the real answers.

well, as you might know Mr ,Khatami our former president (who has proposed dialogue among civilization in 1998 ) is one of the country's cultural representative and has been providing great opportunity to converse among thinkers and artists from different civilizations. he is an open minded leading cleric who has lots of respect for women .
but yes there has been a forged footage of him shaking hands with women which made some young clerics went banana, but in no way the claim would be getting any where due to the lack of authenticity !
there is something which i have difficulty understanding ...why those people shouldnot be allowed to protest about something they believe went wrong??

So asking for him to be "defrocked" is basically just saying they want to protest what he did. If that is all "defrocking" is, I would agree, why shouldn't they be allowed to protest or defrock his actions.
