Default Mitt Romney

How ironic. It may be that Mitt is the only hope for America come 2012.

Who knows. Maybe the Constitution will be hanging by a thread.

Mitt Romney, the Mormon Abraham Lincoln who holds a fractured nation together. I almost laugh just thinking about it.

I'm willing to give Romney another chance. I was dismissive of him before. These are desperate times, and Romney seems to be the only grownup in a field of morons.

That must be hard for you to swallow.

But he still has not learned to speak and to connect, so his previous faults still exist. His policies appear more right than wrong, but is he generally electable?

You guys crack me up.

There's very little difference between "Romneycare" and "Obamacare." One's at the state-level and the other is at the federal-level. Otherwise, very similar.

And Romney will run on a platform, focused on placating ravenous wolves like yourselves, that decries his very own model for insuring the uninsured!

How you don't choke on the irony is beyond me.

Romney is as plastic and phony a politician as there is, from his belligerence on immigration, to his phony demagoguery on patriotism. He won't win, thank goodness.

you need to try and understand something very basic: there is the federal govt., then there are the state governments.

They are not the same thing.

When you have grasped that concept, you can come back.

What's the argument for why this plan is good for Massachusetts but not good for America generally?

The American people will love to hear Romney twist himself into his ass on that one trying to sound coherent.

Or, he could just take the asshole approach like you, and say, "Bad federal government. Different from Massachusetts."

But how?

"Bad federal government."

lol.
