I don't know about Vegas, but Salt Lake radio sucks. There are no stations worth listening to for an extended period of time, as maybe one in a dozen songs isn't awful.

I only listen to radio when I'm driving and there are basically three stations I bother listening to, a classic rock station, one my daughter listens to and NPR. My IPOD converter was discarded so I'm stuck listening to the radio.

Like you, I only listen when I'm in the car. Salt Lake's classic rock station has now been contaminated with the likes of 80s butt rock. I usually have it tuned to sports radio. It's not great, but it's the best thing on the airwaves here.

No, I listen to the Utes station. It has the better national shows.
