Any good rides today?
One of our buddies wimped out and the other cut off twenty from our ride, so we had to make do with sixty, but it was in the forties, cold and a little windy.
To add insult to injury, my young riding compatriot, a couple of decades younger while going up the hill, "Gee, we even got my heartrate up to 150." Youth.

I rode about 100 yards. It felt good.
I took off farrah's chain and rear cassette and cleaned them. Cleaned the frame as well. Cassette has a little bit of rust. |

Its raining here, and I wasn't interested in freezing my butt off. So SteelBlue and I did an 8 mile run instead.
I can't complain though, as I had great weather the past 2 weekends to sneak in some nice rides. |

Snowed last night so the streets were unrideable. I've got nine miles total on a mtn bike this winter outside. Rexburg is not a great place in the winter time for biking.

It is tough to ride in forty and fifty degree winter weather but some of us wimps have to do it.
